Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is absolutely no returns or exchanges, no matter the circumstance.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only reason your order would be refunded is if there is an inventory error on our end. You will not get any refunds after the item is shipped. Keep in mind, we do NOT put filters on our pictures to help show you the authentic colors of our pieces. Even though we take precautions to make sure they look the same online as they do in person, it is not always 100% accurate. This means if you receive your item and it is not the exact color represented online, no refund can be issued, because as stated above we have no more control over that.
Shipping and other issues
After shipping, the item is out of our hands. We provide your tracking number and if an item is lost in the mail, then it is out of our control and NO refund will be given. If an item is damaged in the mail, we are NOT responsible. We do NOT ship internationally.
Authenticity
Most of our pieces come from wholesalers in New Mexico that work directly with Native Americans. The other part of our inventory is "Non-Native" this is a collection we are slowly trying to make smaller, out of respect for authentic Native designs. However in today's age of authentic pieces, everyone is trying to make sure of the authenticity and genuity of these pieces. We buy from educated sources, who tell us exactly who makes each piece and what kind of stone/shell used. If this information may be incorrect, it is not in our hands as what we listed is what we were told. If you have a question about a piece or stone PLEASE contact us FIRST, so we can contact our sellers to ask questions. We pride ourselves in making sure our pieces are real and high quality. With that being said, we will of course make it right if proven we were mislead/mistold.
